Can I cancel my insurance?

Yes. You are entitled to a legal 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your policy free of charge, provided the following conditions are met:

• No claim has been made at the time of the cancellation request
• For Cancellation Insurance, your departure date must be more than 30 days after the subscription date
• For Multirisk Insurance, your return date must be more than 30 days after the subscription date

Outside of these conditions, the right of withdrawal cannot apply.
